I absolutely love this; the quality is nice and soft. Great fit, no smell, and the weight is nice. It's washable, although I haven't washed it yet. It heats up nicely and is great for my neck and even my low back & knee. Brought another for my office, so I don't need to bring it with me anymore. Found my new BFF.....

Came on time, lovely lavender color - doesn't seem to hold the heat as long after the first heating, but holds it long enough without being too hot - I just wish it had lavender inside, too - but I would purchase this again

This worked so well for me whenever I am having any sort of soreness or just cold pop it in the microwave wrapped in a dish towel it works wonders and it's a wet Heat really good for therapeutic purposes it's soft a good size and I think a good value

It works good enough, it is not like my old one that had some sort of clay inside. The heating pad looses heat faster than the old one.

I live with horrible lower back pain after fracturing my sacrum (lower back) several years ago. I bought this in hopes of bringing down swelling and to use heated for comfort. This works amazing and it’s just what I needed! It’s fairly large, which is great, and it’s very well constructed so I know it’ll last. The first time I used it I took it out of the freezer and it actually goes right across my back. I was impressed that it stayed cold for about a half hour and it was very comfortable too. The next time I used it I microwaved it. It was nice and warm and felt terrific across my shoulders and neck. Very relaxing and it probably stayed warm about 20 minutes or so. I love this thing! Reasonably priced with multiple uses. I like the fact that it’s big enough to use across the back or shoulders. I would highly recommend buying one. It’s all pros and no cons. I love it! Best Buy in a long time...

comfortable and soft, like most microwave heating pads, just doesn't stay warm for more than maybe 5 mins, gradually cools down pretty quick; if you need something to stay warm for longer but don't want to keep nuking it, electric is the way to go

Heat pad worked as advertised. It took about 1.5 minutes in the microwave to get it toasty hot. There does seem to be some moist heat coming from inside. I used it over my shoulder for a rotator cuff issue. It is large enough to stay in place - good soothing effect. It stayed hot for 10-15 minutes - good thermal mass. Easy to reheat again once it is warm.

Has lasted well. Used on a daily basis for muscle aches and pain. A good sizes for great coverage. With the quilting you don't loose all the beads to one end it's evenly spread across the pack. Definitely buying again.
