I purchased this hoping it would help remove deep, stubborn blackheads and clogged sebum, especially around my nose and chin where I tend to get the most buildup. So this isn't a magic sebum/blackhead remover, but it *does* get things moving. It's not strong enough for impurities that are deeper within the skin, but I have had success with more surface level stuff like sebaceous filaments and it makes the skin feel smoother (if you produce a lot of sebum, you'll know what I mean). You will see the gunk from your face on the scraper, but it's definitely not as extreme as influencers show, lol. It works better on flat skin than it does on small curves like your nose. It's given me really good results on my jawline (which is difficult to reach), and I use it regularly (1-2 days) on my T-zone since I produce a ridiculous amount of oil and sebum. The battery length is pretty long for each charge, but I am wary that it'll go bad like most cheaper handheld skincare devices so I'll be updating this review if that changes (but you can assume it's otherwise working fine if I haven't updated).

This does not get blackheads out.

I have super oily skin and I'll even go over my forehead to see if it will pick up the oil which it does. I've added this into my nightly skin care routine does get a little warm after the fourth run of its cycle, just be careful when you're using it to be a little more on the gentle side Otherwise I think it's a great value for the money that I spent and it's function is absolutely there. my skin feels cleaner and smooth

I was absolutely surprised at how much junk that was removed from my pores with just the first use and that was after I had already exfoliated and cleansed my skin so that is saying something! This was like having a SPA treatment but without the pricey cost. Knowing what I know now with how well this works I would have paid double.
