Directions Apply FlexiSEQ Max Strength Osteo Gel twice daily, every day, in the morning and evening. Apply to clean, dry skin. Spread a thin layer of gel evenly to the skin covering the soft tissues around the joint. Gently massage, leaving a thin film of gel to dry naturally in the open air for ten minutes. Wash hands after use. Directions Spread a thin layer of FlexiSEQ Max Strength around the soft tissues of joints (do not rub in) twice daily in the morning and evening; Once applied, leave to air dry for 10 minutes as the drying activates the penetration into joints. Review: No pain with this cream but does a brilliant job - I have used this cream in the past when my knee flared and is a brilliant product. So roll on 5 years and again a knee pain and forgot about this cream ( must be an age thing) so remembered purchased and no using again? It’s not an instant fix but does give relief over a few days

My OA really loves to make my thumbs hurt - middle joint is worst and joint nearest the wrist a close second. Over the last few days I've been jet washing the patio and hard surfaces and I topped it off today with a spell using a paint roller - gripping things makes my wrist very unkind and painful. This evening I sat down to watch TV around 8.00 and applied a covering of Ibuprofen to my knee and Flexiseq to my thumb joints - half an hour in the middle joints had eased - that's when I realised the bottom joint wasn't happy so I gave that bit a taste as well. Three hours later both thumbs are moving as they should with only an occassional tinge of pain. It's not a miracle cure but, starting and ending the day with it, and using Ibuprofen Gel during the day means an old guy can still do stuff that was previously not possible This is godd stuff!

**Q: DOES IT WORK FLEXISEQ**
A: I have now had 3 tubes of this product and have used it as instructed on my knees to try and ease the pain from osteoarthritus but have found it not to be that successful considerig the price of it. Have had more success from capsian cream (made from chillies) which can be got on perscription and also a product called Freeze Gel which costs £1 for tube or £1.29 for a tub from 99p shops. Will not be buying this product again, that is not saying it will not work for other people.

**Q: Will it help my neck &shoulder**
A: yes put it on morning  and night  it helped me in a matter of days  good luck

**Q: does it relieve pain**
A: I was amazed that after 3 days usage the pain in my knee was much relieved. My OA problem is fairly long term & I was advised to suspend the use of AI drugs. I am on my 3rd tube of Fsec & will continue to use it. I endorse the relief it offers.

**Q: Can Flexiseq be used for back pain**
A: FLEXISEQ® can most certainly be used for osteoarthritis of the spine and lower back. Please do bear in mind that the effects in that particular area might vary from person to person and you must be sure your back pain is caused by osteoarthritis and not by muscular or nerve issues, which can be often the case. Please do not massage but merely apply FLEXISEQ® on the affected area, allowing 5 to 10 minutes until the gel has fully dried in, before putting clothes back on.

I have used this cream in the past when my knee flared and is a brilliant product. So roll on 5 years and again a knee pain and forgot about this cream ( must be an age thing) so remembered purchased and no using again? It’s not an instant fix but does give relief over a few days

My OA really loves to make my thumbs hurt - middle joint is worst and joint nearest the wrist a close second. Seems to work well for me, especially after re-reading the instructions about not massaging it in. I can certainly tell the difference if I stop using it. The price may put some people off, but it does seem a good product
