Zincs amazing for inflammation. It also helps my gums tolerate the cheap crown material from a couple crowns I had done at a crappy office. Kind of makes your mouth peel but it gets better as time goes on. I use 2 pumps of each because I have a small mouth and I pinch some Pennies. Use once a day in the morning after brushing and flossing, equal parts, 30 seconds. Use a fluoride toothpaste or rinse at night. Someone told me to put this and water in a waterpic and I will be doing that shortly!! This is part of my daily routine and will be for life I’m sure.. and that’s huge for a product to stay in a daily routine for life!
