This stuff is so FREAKING GOOD. Im going through a bottle a month i make stir fry noodle, marinate chicken and pork to grill its sweet and spicy so good.

This isn't terrible, it's a good sauce but it's not true gochijang sauce. As someone deep in Korean culture, this seems like a mix of general tsos plus a Lil gochujang paste. Not gochujang enough for me, but it's still ok. This is a sweet taste with a hint of gochu. Like general tsos plus gochu or something. Taste the smaller Korean Gochujang sauces (not the paste) and then adjust this appropriately, this should be way thicker and spicier. I will gladly purchase more if you make it more authentic.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC !!! Wow ! Now this is Gochujang sauce ! The best homemade deep fried chicken wings in beef tallow I ever made. This sauce was so delicious on my already greatest deep fried wings that even my wife loved them and she does not like spicy. I can't say enough good about Sauce Craft brand.

Although this sauce doesn't taste like the Korean sauces I'm used to when eating Korean food and it is very mild, it still has a pleasant flavor for tossing meats and vegetables in a stir fry style. Especially with a big scoop of white rice, this is a pretty good general flavor sauce that is vaguely reminiscent of restaurant dishes. You get a lot, too, so in this size, I'd recommend only for big parties or buffets.

Great flavor with this Sauce. Its hot but not too hot. Works well on chicken.
