Is this product freeze-dried, dried or living? Also will the nutrients be destroyed if i freeze this?

Hi. Our Spirulina and Chlorella are dried using the spray drying method. You don't need to freeze it to keep it fresh for longer, as it will not loose any nutrients for 3 years. That's the shelf life of our micro algae. But please keep it in a cool dry place, and securely sealed in the bag. Hope this helps. Thank you for a good question ;)

The suggested use for the tablets is 15 daily ... if I take that many roughly how many days will the bag last ???

Hi Juan, the bag contains 500 tablets, so it will last you for 33 days if you use recommended dose of 15 tablets. They are small 200mg so it's much easier to swallow than caps. You can also take 5 tablets 3 times a day. See what works best for you. They a best taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with plenty of water allowing 30min before your morning coffee ;) hope this answers your question. Stay healthy!

Is this package only for 4 days supply?

It will last you from 60 to 90 days. Depends how many tablets you take daily. We recommend you to start with smaller dose and build up to 15 mini tablets a day in a few weeks.

Recommended serving is 10tablets a day, but you can start on a smaller dose as 5 or 7, and build up gradually. Tablets are small and easy to swallow.
