Delicious Lamb & Game BBQ Rub - I use it on all kings of meat/fowl! Yummy!
This Rub “New Zealand Lamb & Game BBQ Rub” is just delicious. We have tried it with lamb chops (of course!) and beef and pork. It is a wonder combination of spices which pushes eat meat/fowl to greater heights. We love it. It leaves remnants of the spices, which makes it all the more wonderful to serve to guests!

Awesome delicious rub! Wonderful mix of spices, herbs and seasonings balanced with just enough sea salt. I've used it on lamb and chicken so far. I'm sure it will be great on seafood too! Great packaging!

“New Zealand Lamb & Game BBQ Rub” is the best option.I’ve tried making my own recipe for years and haven’t come this close. Of all of the other lamb seasonings I’ve tried, this one is by far the best.Tasting the lamb cooked with this seasoning, there is an Immediate burst of flavor with a developing complex after-bite. However, the great seasoning flavor does not overshadow the tase of the lamb.

Tasty but not as good as my Lunds Byerlys Signature Lamb they discontinued.
The hunt continues to replace a great product that should have never been discontinued. Still, it does an excellent job flavor wise. I recommend it.

This Has What You Need..
This is formulated to season Lamb. It will work with other proteins as well. I purchased for the Leg Of Lamb. I want to impress with. This will do the job. No doubt.. All the spices I need in one package. UPDATE: Now that I actually used this. It is wonderful. The aroma is something special. I normally make my own Rubs. But not for Lamb.. I did add about a TBS of Kosher Salt over a choice Boneless Leg Of Lamb. If I were to do another one. I would make it at least 1 1/2 TBS. This only adds to that POP I like in my grilling and cooking. And I smoked the Lamb Med-Well.
