I wish had known about the benefits of xylitol on dental health long before now. I just recently found out. Although these are great anytime you need to freshen your breath, I personally like one after every meal. And right after brushing my teeth at night before bedtime.

I picked up Zellie’s 100% Xylitol Cinnamon Breath Mints mainly for fresh breath, and they’ve been pretty good so far. The cinnamon flavor is strong and clean without being overpowering, and I like that they’re made with simple ingredients. The only downside for me is that the flavor doesn’t last as long as I’d like. Still, they’re a great natural option and easy to keep on hand.

Very tasty!! Not too hot, but just right on spice. I wish they were a little harder or compact, perhaps. They dissolve very quickly. Yes they are addictive.

Don’t like the Cinnamon flavour. Prefer the mint flavour.
