Their cup sizing is in espresso cup sizes - not regular coffee mugs. So a 6 cup coffee moka pot will brew 6 espresso cups, and so forth. The Milano moka expresso coffee makers use fine grind coffee beans and are compatible with a variety of stove tops. The aluminium moka pots dont work with Induction stoves, while the Stainless Steel espresso makers are induction compatible. We recommend hand washing for all moka pots. How to make moka coffee: 1. Add water to just below the safety valve. 2. Add fine ground coffee to the coffee funnel, filling it completely. Dont tamp or compress the coffee.3. Coffee shop machines push water through the coffee anywhere from 15-19 bars of pressure, that’s how it produces that “crema”! Unfortunately Bialetti (last I heard) is made in China, and the quality isn’t the same! There is always higher end bialetti but those are supposed to be stainless steel at a higher price! I have all sizes of the stovetop coffee makers.. from the 2 cup to the 14 cup! My experience is the stainless steel stovetop coffee makers are the best because they’re better made! These are good too, I have a few of these & love them as well! **Q: Is the handle made of wood?** A: Hi, The handle is actually made out of a soft touch rubber coated heat resistant plastic. **Q: Is it stailess steel?** A: There is a version of it that is now available in Stainless Steel, its called the Milano Steel. **Q: where is it made** A: I think everything is made in China except for the valve that is made in Italy.
