It BEEPS and IS NOT returnable
Bought this power to keep my CPAP going in an outage. But it beeps, can't be muted, is not returnable and not marked, clearly or otherwise that it can't be returned. I'll have to find something where beeping doesn't matter.

Quality Product That All IT Depts Use
My mom purchased a popular and recommended product (not sure if I'm allowed to mention it by name, but it's name implies Internet). The battery failed after only a couple of years. My tech support experience was terrible. It was like pulling teeth to get a replacement much less someone to respond in a timely manner. Don't believe all the reviews. I bet those reviewers get some kind of favors or they aren't using the product, themselves.I have always used APC and every IT dept I have ever worked in used APC. It's best in class. Period. It just works and gives you the peace of mind that you have a quality and time-proven product with a well established company.I don't recommend going with the relatively new guy on the block, even for a lower price. You often get what you pay for.

APC tries to hide bad reviews: Steer clear
I bought this same thing under a different model number. Battery was bad in less than a year, so I don't trust the surge protection either. APC makes the best doorstops.
