Perfect Fit and Great Performance!
I bought this FitBest GX160 Carburetor as a replacement for my Harbor Freight Predator 212cc engine on a go kart project, and it has been an absolute game changer. It arrived quickly, well-packaged, and included everything needed for installation.Installation was straightforward, it bolted right on with no modifications required. It fits perfectly on my Predator 212cc (and would work great on Honda GX120/GX200 equivalents too). Started on the second pull after a quick prime and has been running smoothly ever since.The engine now idles cleanly, accelerates much more responsively, and has noticeably better power throughout the RPM range compared to the old, gummed up stock carb. No more bogging down under load, and it runs cooler and more efficiently. I’ve also used it on a pressure washer application with equally excellent results.For the price, this is outstanding quality. The build feels solid, the float and needle valve work perfectly with no leaks, and it has restored my engine to like-new performance. Happy with purchase but reuse oem lever if you can
The choke lever doesn’t seem as strong as oem, felt like it may break so I reused the oem part. Otherwise ok,Was really glad they included fuel tubing as well. Good value for the price.
