The lid doesn’t always open. I sometimes need to use a gripper to turn the top. If I don’t, the top goes around and around but doesn’t open. The paint has also started to chip. I have had the cup for less than 6 months and have NEVER put it in the dishwasher. So, it’s adequate but I am a bit disappointed.
