How long does it stay hot? Thanks 🙏🏻

I have not timed it, per se, but it depends on how long you heat it. I tend to heat mine for a minute (in 30 second intervals and then move it about), and then it stays warm enough to help relieve migraines for at least 30 mins-an hour. (It may stay warm longer than that, but I tend to use it with pain meds and sleep, so I tend to wake up and reheat it and then repeat the process until the pain has lessened or is gone). Sorry if that was not super helpful. It stays retains heat longer than a gel pack, but not constantly like an electric heating pad.

can this be put in freezer for cold therapy?

Does this smell like oatmeal when you heat it up?

The smell is not unpleasant but regardless the benefit, whether soothing to aching muscles and joints or psychological soothing of mental irritation, is worth the odor. Nothing like having a warm, moist wrap around your neck, arm, leg or across your back.
