Pro-level foam without needing a pressure washer!
f you are looking to get thick, clinging suds for your driveway details without dragging out a heavy pressure washer, the Chemical Guys TORQ Foam Blaster 6 is an absolute must-have. I picked this up because I wanted an efficient way to lay down a heavy layer of foam just using a standard garden hose, and it works incredibly well.I regularly detail vehicles at the house—including maintaining my 2023 Toyota Camry SE and getting my son's 2020 Buick Encore CL perfectly dialed in. Gathering photos of flawless paint reflections for my detailing portfolio requires a clean, scratch-free wash process, and this foam gun makes a huge difference. The thick suds safely lift and float abrasive dirt away from the paintwork before I even touch the car with a wash mitt. A few things that stand out:No Pressure Washer Needed: It snaps right onto any standard garden hose, making setup fast, simple, and effortless. Adjustable Foam Dial: The adjustable concentration dial allows you to easily control the soap-to-water dilution ratio to lay down the perfect amount of suds. Reduces Scratches: The generous foam output provides excellent lubrication, minimizing the risk of swirls and surface damage as dirt slides right off. Whether you are doing a quick weekend maintenance wash or meticulously prepping a vehicle's paint to capture portfolio shots, this foam gun delivers fantastic results. Highly recommended for any detailing enthusiast!

Awesome Foam Blaster
This foam blaster works exceptionally well. It lays down a wide, even strip of thick foam—covering approximately five feet across—which does an excellent job of loosening and removing dirt, grime, and bugs. It's also very easy to use. Simply adjust the foam consistency to your preference, connect it to a garden hose, and start spraying. The setup is quick, the coverage is impressive, and the cleaning results are outstanding. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an effective and convenient car washing tool.

It Works
The foam blaster did exactly what I thought it would do--it made suds. It made suds in sufficient volume that I thought it was safe to wash the car when combined with the two bucket method. I understand that there are people who think it does not make sufficient suds, but this is not a pressure washer-powered device. It just can't make "shaving cream" style foam. But it also requires a lot less work to get this one going. On the positive side of the ledger, I did not have to bring the pressure washer out, hook it up, plug it in, and then after use, do all of that in reverse and put pump protector in the pressure washer. The steps to use here were to fill with 3 oz. of carwash soap, dilute with hot water, and go. Afterward, everything got rinsed and left to dry. Easy. So let's get to the reason why I am not in love with this thing and not giving it 5 stars. Some of the parts feel a little cheap. The bottle? Not good--how about something more like a Nalgene if this thing is going to get used outside and might take a drop or two rather than something that feels one very small step above a single-use water bottle. The top felt pretty good. The front and business end of this thing was meh but not faith inducing either. I will say that the nozzle at the back felt pretty decent and came with a nice quick disconnect on it. All that said, I hope I never have to find out what parts are available through Chemical Guys but have much better faith that this will not be instant junk if anything breaks over one of the other generic ones available.

Solid foam cannon, works well
Easy setup with a regular garden hose and it foams up nicely. I’ve used it several times with different foaming soaps and it works great every time — no leaks, no issues, no hiccups. Feels like good quality overall. It’s a little pricey but seems like it’ll hold up. Would recommend.

Here is the O-Ring you need if it's leaking at the quick connect
In all fairness of this review I've only used twice now. However, the biggest issue was that after 1 use it leaked/ sprayed like crazy out of the brass quick connect feature that connects the hose nozzle to the soap dispenser. I emailed chemical guys explaining the issue....no response. I called chemical guys and got someone on the phone who seemed oblivious to the issue, which is odd considering all the complaints on here regarding the same leaking issue. Anyways, she asked me to email videos of the leak so they could pinpoint the issue. I did and over a week has passed with no response. After researching, I found out there was supposed to be an O-ring inside the hose nozzle. It beds in a little groove in there and seals up the connection. Problem is, when it's disconnected & youre using the hose nozzle to rinse, it's apparently fairly easy to blow out that o-ring, causing leaking. So why a $50 foam gun doesn't come with some back up o-rings that cost pennies or at least a description of what size o-ring you need is beyond me. Why chemical guys, a company of which I've used their products religiously for years now, can't seem to easily respond to the issue is also beyond me. Anyways, after trying a number of o-rings out I found out the one that works. You'll need o-ring size 3/4" ID, 7/8" OD, 1/16" Width. I purchased these ones on amazon; got a 100 pack so that should last a while. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FMWM5E/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Besides that, gun has worked fine for me so far. The key is to add a few ounces of soap to the container & then top it off with warm water. This is what their how to videos say. By doing this, the soap is plenty foamy & is more than enough for a car wash. I suspect those complaining about limited foam or the soap being used up to quickly are not adding the water (or are using cheap soap or have the dial set too low). Hope this helps.

If you wash your car regularly, the $50 price tag will be money well spent.
I have always used two buckets to clean my car, but it’s very time-consuming, so that’s why I opted to purchase this Chemical Guys Foam Blaster 6 Pro Car Wash Foam Gun. The set up is quick and easy, plus it’s a perfect fit for my 3/4-inch garden hose. I like the quick release, although I don’t like using the nozzle sprayer alone to rinse down my car because I find that the single stream of water makes too big of a mess. Setting the big mouth nozzle to level 0 will only release water, so that’s a better option when rinsing since the water stream is a bit more gentler. The first time I used this wash gun, I started off on level 5, which dispensed a ton of foam, but it drained the container before I could evenly coat the entire car. So, I tend to stick to level 3 or 4 so that the soap mixture doesn’t run out so fast. Despite that, I do find that this product saves me a bunch of time. I can soap the entire car in about five minutes, which is fantastic. I do go in with a soapy sponge afterwards to help ensure that I removed all debris and contaminants. Clean up is a breeze. Just rinse out the container and small plastic tube, and you’re good to go. The quality of the material isn’t super high quality, but hopefully, it’s durable. The container feels like it will break if dropped one too many times, so definitely be mindful of that. All in all, I would recommend this product if you’re looking for a quick car washing method. It’s a cheaper alternative than a pressure washer, and if you’re someone like me who regularly washes their car, the $50 price tag will be money well spent.

Buy it
I should've bought this sooner. Works as intended and gets the job done. My only gripe is that I wish the soap solution that you put into the bottle didn't run out as fast. Other than that. Great solid product from a solid company. Easy to use and you can adjust the nozzle to shoot water. It might get heavy if you're holding it up for a long time but using two hands should solve that problem. Compatible with regular water hoses.

Good entry level foam gun
Got a new car and was told never to do car washes so that led me to some foam guns. I wanted to start with a hose one before I bought a pressure washer one and that led me to the Chemical Guys Foam Blaster. It's a good concept for an entry level foamer. I'm happy with its use so far. Key features: • Install: 5/5 - it's easy to put together and the directions are clear • Ease of use: 5/5 - Once put together, it's really easy to use • Performance: 4/5 - It does foam the car, but the foam itself isn't very thick • Value: 4/5 - I expected a little better performance at its price point. I've only used it once, so I can't speak to its durability yet but will update after a lot of uses. Final take: I think it's a very good entry level foam gun that is functional. If you're looking for top-notched clean, I think you're better off going the pressure washer option.

It Works on Mains Pressure
Received mine and was pleasantly surprised that it does provide a decent foam from a mains pressure hose.
