And on. And on. And on. No more. This thing is absolutely fantastic. I CAN FINALLY BREATHE. And even on the summit, you’re warm enough. Even though your mouth is exposed, the hot air from your breath is captured under the cup that’s extended out to block the wind. It’s quite ingenious. I realize it’s for snowmobilers but that’s ok with me. This skier loves it!

This arctic balaclava is the single hardest working piece of kit that I own. I ride a scooter full time, and through the winter I relied on it heavily. It got me through <20°F, riding around 50 mph for half hour at a time. This thing is impervious to cold, wind, and rain. But perhaps the best feature is the breath vent. It has a wire to keep its shape, funneling breath down and away from your goggles (to be clear it is designed for use with goggles, it won't work in full helmet)
