This product gives my food an amazing flavor; it's a little spicy, but that's exactly what I like about it. Being in powder form makes it easier to add and dissolve in food. Indian gooseberry is a great ally for people who suffer from insulin resistance.

Note: I'm 63 years old - in fairly good shape, and I do not take prescription drugs. Did my research, and I am so happy I found this herbal product—it has a great taste and isn't bitter to me. Big Pharma Meds help deteriorate your body and do not address the root of the problem, while herbs are intended to improve your body's function naturally. I would much rather take herbal and natural supplements for the rest of my life, knowing that they offer the best plant- based support for my body, not chemicals. Plant-based products work with your body's natural processes.

I've just been taking it for about a week and think it's helping although it does make my coffee taste a little like dirt. ;-)

While this Amla powder is chock full of goodness, it doesn't dissolve well in either hot or cold liquids. Amla powder might best be taken in capsule form, but as this is organic, raw Amla powder, its nutrient content is not lessened by over-producing.

The most potent antioxidant fruit you ever need, BUT the tatse as expected is very foul you will need to find your best solution to injest this. Ours was just a teaspoon on the tounge and wash it down. Great quality if what is to be believed on the packaging.
