Review: Broken pieces, bad customer service - I ordered this and decided to cancel my order literally 15-20 minutes after I placed my order because I no longer needed these. However, the order was pending cancellation for almost a week. I messaged desertcart about it but they told me to contact the seller since its fulfilled by a third party. So I did. They said they've already dispatched it so unable to cancel. That is a pathetic excuse because they had a week to cancel it. Anyway now that I have received the product, it came with a broken queen and missing pawn. If you look at the images I posted you can see the low quality of the plastic. It's hollow and the surface has a lot of imperfections and scratches. And pretty much every piece has this. I would not recommend this low quality product, especially due to the bad customer service. I will be requesting a full refund. Review: Nice size set Reasonable Price - Nice size chess pieces at a reasonable price.

Hefty and satisfying, great for teaching.
Good sturdy pieces, great for teaching kids. Don’t tip over and feel chunky. Much better than family lightweight pieces that come with come chess sets. Play well on a 15 inch board or larger.
