Personally, I enjoy this product. I wash it in Hot water, cut it into pieces, and stir fry with Vegetables, spices, soy sauce, and then add rice very tasty.

Does this product have a kosher certification?

I do not see any of the symbols that represent Kosher Certification.  I do not see the U with a circle. the K with a circle. The KSA or the K in the Hebraic letter. Also, this product is made in Tapei Taiwan where I suspect that there is not a Rabbi to perform this service. But I may be wrong.

How does this compare to Linda Loma’s canned Scallops?

Very different texture and flavor. The seitan is softer (more delicate) and a little sweeter than the scallops. Closer to Fri Chik maybe. I love the seitan with stir fry veggies.
