What the product actually claims on the packaging is that the thermal lining is a 'self-lined' bonded layer, that is, in reality, there is no lining, just a pretty insubstantial synthetic curtain. In a real-world setting it is about impossible to accept or deny the thermal claim, but I am very, very doubtful. Blackout properties are okay except for the stitching lines where light shines through the noticeable holes. Good point: a safe, neutral colour, but that's it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great curtain *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 November 2021* I needed one for the door to my garden, as its glass and the cold was coming though it even when closed. I put the curtain with a string and 2 hooks on a side. Its doing a great job blocking the cold air.
