I make a quick version of the Heavy Metal Detox smoothie putting these 4 ingredients in coconut water then I'll have some cilantro later in the day, it's a great alternative for when I'm on the go and don't have time for the original HMDS. The dulse itself has a mildly sweet flavor, in my opinion, it reminds me of "tamarindo" a Mexican candy but without the side of lead poisoning.

I trust the Vimergy brand, and it's easy to order this on Amazon with the other required ingredients for the medical mediums detox smoothie. Can't taste it, but feel confident the detox smoothie significantly improves my overall health!
