I built the fire exactly as they show. Easiest fire I ever started. No waving or blowing or using "juice". About three sheets of wadded up newspaper and the cabin build. It instantly draws so well. We sat around the fire for 1.5 hours. Afterwards, hardly a scent of smoke on our clothes. My wife was thrilled!The stove is heavy, which is a good thing! It is incredibly solid and the patina has already started to appear.I'll end with this: I thought the flame pictures used in the marketing were probably enhanced but they aren't! See the pic attached. The flames are beautiful, even during the light.It's a chunk of money but not a single regret.
