These are not something you replace apple earbuds with, expecting it to sound the same. They are not bassy earbuds. That said, the bass is still punchy and easily heard. Mainly, they excel in mids and highs. Treble has high energy, though not so much that it becomes strident. Mids are clear, natural, and slightly forward. You won't be turning down the volume because vocals sound shouty. Soundstage is average by earbud standards, perhaps slightly above. Moreover, the build quality is top notch.
