A: It fit  ours 2011 Chevy Colorado and our 1996 Dodge Ram, it will fit on a goose neck gas tank.

A: I would imagine,you take a big slotted screwdriver and twist it down ithe gas tank fill hole past the little flapper  thing. But after thst you won't be able to siphon gas ever again from you tank without dismantling the gas fill tube.
