I like this item overall. Only thing is would have been better with a sturdy stand or better attachments for wall.

I've got the most high tech gym around. Knowing my punch strength has helped me advance. The feedback allows me to understand the impact of small changes in technique and I've learned the importance of "sitting down" on my punches. It doesn't just measure, it helps you refine movement and improve technique.

Broke after I punch it.

Just finished my first round and I love this thing already. However, I noticed that sometimes even when I hit almost directly to the center with a notable amount of force (my heaviest hit tonight was 149lbs), my reading doesn't reflect the heavy hit and it'll read something like 4lbs.Still worth it though.Update:A few days have passed and I'm now wondering if this purchase was worth it. I came home from work and the velcro strips had completely come off the wall. Keep in mind it's clean drywall and I and punched the box a few hundred times.I tried putting it on the wall again but both velcro straps folded sticky side down onto themselves and the floor. They were dirty when I tried to fasten them again. I hit about 200 times.Fell off in the middle of the night.I put it up again after work. 300 hits. A few hours later, it's fallen again.I'm going to go to the hardware store and buy some velcro straps and nail the darn thing in. =/

When looking for a product for boxing and to work out with, I came across this one. I’m glad I did! I hung it up with the wall mount and it stayed up perfectly. This product measures your strength which is cool as well. I use it to practice my boxing and workout. Ever since I bought it, I work out daily and get the best work out. The cushion is great material so I don’t have to worry that the cushion will rip when using it daily with my boxing gloves. Best purchase I’ve made.

Yes, I know in theory I can build it at a third of the cost, with open wood and hanging wires. But in reality, this toy is ready to go on a wall right off the box and well worth the price delivered. Just perfect enough to show the difference between less efficient and more efficient punches to the "there's gotta be an app for that" generation.

So I was so excited to use this i clean the area the velcro was gonna be on wiped it down made sure it was dry and dust free I placed the pad on the velcro strip and it was great- if you kept it in one place. if i tried to move it which required you to peel the pad off the velcro, the velcro came with it(off the wall stuck to the pad). The velcro part is great its the sticky part that sticks to the wall that is not sticky enough to move it or hold the weight of the bag.

This would maybe make a good gift for a young child but not an adult or even teens. The product although made to hit,is junk! It doesn't hold up at all. I'd honestly skip this product ang get a bag.
