I thought that it was a good idea initially, but quickly learned that it had some flaws. Keeping all of those flavorful juices from dripping through your grill grate means that they stay on the cooking surface and end up burning quickly and making a mess. Works well for smaller veggies (that don't sweat a lot when cooked), but that's about it.

I have had the “LAIMALA BBQ Grill Mats for a while now. The three non-stick mats come rolled up in a box. The box is very nice and will make for a great gift for your family and friends who like to grill or bake. The mats measure 16.5x13 Inches.I just love these non-stick grill mats. They are perfect for use on a baking pan. Anything you make will not stick. I like to use it when I bake cookies. The cookies fall right off the mat. The mats are also great to place under a casserole that might boil over. The mat catches the spill without your oven getting dirty. I also use these on my grill. I love them for grilling fish and vegetables. The fish doesn’t stick and vegetables do not fall through the grate.The main reason I bought these was to take with me when we go camping to our State Parks. We rent cabins and there is an outdoor grill and fire pit. These mats are perfect for cooking outdoors. We never know what the condition of the outdoor grill is going to be. Sometimes they are rusted and dirty and other times they are covered in mystery food pieces. I really hate cleaning those grills…after all I am here to relax and enjoy nature not clean up. We have used foil in the past but it tears or the food sticks. The 100% Non-stick grill mats by LAIMALA are perfect for these outdoor grills. Food does not stick! I can cook chicken, burger, and vegetables and they grill perfectly. I can even cook pancakes, eggs and bacon for breakfast in the morning on these mats. Nothing is better than food cooked on a grill. They are easy to clean up also…either I just wipe them down or I wash them in warm soapy water. You can also place them in the dishwasher! They are so convenient and easy to use. The best part is that I can reuse these mats over and over again. I received these mats at a discounted rate. Where has this been all my life. You can lay it on a section of the grill and the food cooks just the same. The best part is you can use this for cut up vegetables and then you are done after cooking and don't have to worry about cutting up while veggies that are hot. Also gives a better grill taste when cooked cut up since all bites get the smokey taste. We have also used this for homemade burgers that were a bit messy! Kept everything together and kept the grill from getting destroyed.Comes with 3 mats. We cut 1 mat in half width wise and use that on the grill. Used it 3 times and then washed it this past time. All the burger gunk can off with just a light sponge.CON: minor but the mat is very light which means if you are grilling and it's windy there is a chance it could blow off before you put something on it.

I got this Laimala BBQ grill mat for my husband.. and I got it at a dis counted price, and he could not wait to use it. He cooked the family dinner last night.. he cooked grilled chicken and then put this mat on the other side of the grill.. through some onions and other veggies on the mat with some butter. I went out side while he was doing this.. just so I could write a re view about this product. The veggies moved a round the mat very easily.. nothing got stuck to the mat, I was very surprised, I mean you see stuff like this all of the tims but you are never really sure if the product is going to do what it says it is going to do.. and I must say.. this right here is what a happy customer looks like, and the food was delicious. No burnt spots or anything.. cooked just right.. my husband loves it.. we were laying in bed aND he was looking up other things he could cook on it.. there is no telling what we will be having for dinner to night.

Was given a chance to Test the LAIMALA Barbecue Grill Mat For $1.00 I love this product. It makes it so much easier to put smaller items on the grill. You can grill pretty much anything without it sticking or falling through the grates. With the grill mats, the flames don't rise up while cooking fatty foods causing it to burn. I plan on using this a lot this summer. I would highly recommend this item to anyone that loves to BBQ.

I used this the other day and I love it. Your food does not stick to the grill and it is the perfect buffer between your food and the charcoal. The mat is great nonstick. I used a tone of B-B-Q sauce and it just brushes off plus this helps keep you food from getting dried out.
