This has saved me from oversleeping. It hasn’t failed me once. I wear it on my ankle so I can’t take it off while I’m still half asleep without sitting up. The shock function HURTS, it feels like a wasp sting and it will wake you up. If I have the vibrate/beep on as a warning, the frantic-ness of trying to get it off my foot before the shock goes off is also enough to get me out of bed without the pain. Battery life is amazing, it lasts about a week. The app could be better, I like the failsafe alarm features but the tasks to turn off the alarm are too easy and there isn’t a setting to make them harder. Luckily the shock or the fear of being shocked has gotten me up every time, and there is a setting to immediately shock you if you try to snooze the alarm ;) It is expensive but not as expensive as losing your job to oversleeping. The price is worth it for this and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Awesome. Needs a c-charger hole plug but it's cute to add a charm to it. Nice to zap on self into compliance 👍🏻 metal band is great. Hold a charge as expected. Sleep tracking works and alarms are on time is a very cool and fun little gadget

I am extremely happy with my new Pavlok 3 (Deluxe Edition) habit breaker wrist band. It was very easy to set up and it synced with my Samsung Galaxy S20 very quickly and easily... no problem at all. I watched their Youtube video on setting up the watch and they made it easy and simple to understand. Of course, the Pavlok 3 does much more than just habit breaking but that's why i use it. First of all, I love the adjustable "Snap" (electric zap) feature. It can be quickly adjusted from 10% - 100% by using the free cell phone app. I personally use the Snap at 90% - 100% and believe me, you do feel it. It really works! I've had an embarrassing habit for years and the Pavlok 3 is in the process retraining my brain. I do notice the difference and that's just after 2 days of use. I figure after another month or so the habit will be completely gone. Thank God for this little device that's worth every penny. The deluxe metal band is very attractive, works well, easily adjustable and is very comfortable to wear. The main part of the wrist band (the snap/zapper) is sleek and futuristic looking; It looks really nice, like an expensive watch. One of the best things about it is that nobody will know what it is or does... they will assume it's a watch or some kind of health band. Anyway, I am extremely happy with this purchase and could recommend it to anyone who wants to break an unwanted habit... like I have. Another feature I like is that by double-tapping on the face of the (zapper) it will quickly show you the charge level of the device. 6 little lights will light up when fully charged and as the charge level goes down so will the number of little lights. The upper-most light is green with the rest being yellow. No need to charge every day; this device holds a charge for many days... up to 7 days, depending upon how many times the zapper is used and at what level/strength. Again, just to recap... I really like and greatly appreciate this device. I find it very useful and helpful for those trying to break bad habits who haven't been successful in doing so by themselves. It's easy to set up, use, and understand. It's very attractive and comfortable to wear. This device is perfect for those in need of help or are at wits end in trying to stop a bad habit. One last thing... NO, I don't work for nor am affiliated in any way to Pavlok. I'm just a regular customer who is extremely happy to have found a working solution to a problem I've had for years. Maybe the Pavlok 3 can help you too, just like it did me. To the seller... Thank you very much for bringing this very helpful and useful device to market. Almost nothing on the app works as it should. Every alarm has to be disabled in the app and they all “read sleep data” even if you set a sleep schedule for another alarm. The timer function doesn’t work as intended. If you try and set a 15 minute timer you also have to set the sound to go off every 15 minutes. It doesn’t go off at the end of timers. Stopwatch has the same function for some odd reason. Everything in the app requires an internet connection. You cannot even make a simple alarm. The watch constantly disconnects from Bluetooth if you try and turn off an alarm from the middle button. Which requires you to open the app again to reconnect it because connecting through Bluetooth instead messes it up. Overall the app/watch has everything it needs in theory but the execution is SEVERELY lacking. Especially considering how much you have to pay to even BUY a pavlok device the lack of functionality is astounding. The breaking habit section for smoking cigarettes is also lacking. It simply sends another alarm at a designated time of day saying “hey don’t smoke”. The footstep tracking/distance is set to km and as far as I could find couldn’t be changed and doesn’t match my phone at all. The only reason I did not give a 1 star review is due to the fact the device actually works as an alarm clock like I needed. UPDATE: Okay so I’ve had this device for a while.. I used it at an alarm clock mostly for a few months but eventually it stops shocking as much. I’m at a point now that I don’t even notice it unless I’m actively focusing on it.

I feel like this could be 5 stars but the manufacturer would need to fix a couple things. First the good: 1. It seems to work as intended - I bought this to assist me as an alarm since I’ve recently become a heavier than normal sleeper and I’d slept through several alarms on my phone. This device did successfully wake me up without even making it to the “Zap” sequence. 2. The App has a good overall user interface - The app feels good. It has been updated appropriately to connect to the watch easily and the navigation mechanics are natural and works well.y experience with this is with an iPhone operating on ios26. 3. It’s fairly comfortable - I forgot I was wearing it pretty quickly after charging it and putting it on. The Not so Good: 1. The device feels cheap. - This is probably my biggest complaint and something that could make me easily forget the rest of the issues listed below. The band feels like it’s made of plastic, the weight feels too light, the LED status lights feel outdated and the manual buttons on the side feel extremely clunky and do not provide a good tactile feedback. To spend almost $200 I am pretty disappointed. $200 isn’t a lot of money but pretty expensive given this devices competitors are considerably cheaper. I chose this device thinking I was purchasing the most premium device like this on the market but what was delivered made me feel like I purchased a $50 knock off. Quite unfortunate. 2. The vibration seems weak. The vibration function doesn’t vibrate very strongly even at 100% power. That’s all I can say, I feel like it should feel more substantial. 3. The wrist band easily slips out of its connection point. - When taking the device off the magnetic plate that keeps the band in place can easily slip out of the connection point mounted to the device, I feel like that is a design flaw and really just a small oversight. Overall I’ll likely keep this device but it will remain in the “regretful purchase” section of my mind. I feel like I should have tested the cheaper options first given how cheap this one feels. That being said, it works, so maybe I’m just a spoiled baby who is accustomed to nice feeling quality products. But still, at $200 it should feel like the price makes sense when you unboxing and during first time use. AirPod Pros do, a WHOOP One does, a Bose speaker does, this does not. Not when all of these are at the same price point.

First off, I was very excited for this as I've heard great things about it revolutionizing, and if you have an Android phone and Tasker, you can get creative. However I needed it to fufill 2 things, if it could do either, I'd be happy. One I needed the shock to be strong. It's not, it's like a strong pinch, but to put it in context, if you wanted to sleep in you can just stay in bed even with it zapping you, it's really not that bad. The vibration and noise was worse. I figured I could use it for various things in Tasker but honestly it wasn't even worth the hassle compared to instead getting a regular watch with a vibrate function. 2nd major issue, the entire alarm function is just bad, the jumping jack counter is way off, I set it to just 1 jumping jack and I'll have to do 5-10 to actually get the alarm to turn off. The "smart" alarm function really doesn't work, it's supposed to detect when you go back to sleep but it went off 3 times in 1 morning while I was fully awake and had to do more jumping jacks. And lastly the sleep cycle detection is way off, it'd say I had 0% REM sleep or 30% of the night I was awake, obviously not the case. Only real pros I can think of is that it looks pretty nice, and that it's unique, but honestly I just want to get rid of the alarm function (I know you can turn it off in the app, but it's just a waste of time and resources), increase the shock strength 3-5x, and decrease the price and it'd be a keeper.

What can I say sleep is my favorite hobby. I have tried a lot of things to get up on time and not a single one works. Thankfully I have not had it happen but sometimes I feel like only a house fire will get me out of bed. But enough about me. The device is solid and does what its supposed to do zap you awake. The zap can be adjusted in the app based on a percentage as well as some other fine tuning like escalating and back up alarms via sounds and vibration. The app was not very good at first and they had an update since ive owned it. The newer app is a little better but can sometimes flake out on the connection to the device. This is remedied by simply pressing the pairing button in the app, I have never had it fail to zap me at the appropriate time. Only real issue for me is sometimes forgetting to put it on before i go to bed!

Important detail: I’m missing right arm from elbow down. I received the item, obviously tried it out, and tested it on 40% and bam, could’ve swore I seen a spark shoot out of my elbow. I convinced my wife to put it on and hit it at 40% and she said it wasn’t bad, then 50% same thing, I’m convinced it isn’t making good contact so I adjust it on her, then boom I hit her with 100% and she jumped. After playing with it for awhile, figuring it out, I decided to put it on my right bicep so I could turn it off. At some point during the night I pulled it off, my wife proceeded to put it on my only wrist (problem 1) with the buttons on the top side (problem 2) because even if wanted to try to push buttons with my arm they were on the wrong side. At 3:00 am my wife went to fix baby a bottle, at 3:05 my alarm went off. 100% zap⚡️. I immediately jumped out of bed wondering what hit me, I quickly realized it was the ol Pavlok 3, at which point I realize it’s on my only wrist, I look around for my wife to pull it off, she’s nowhere to be found, and I’m stuck in this thing, then it starts beeping and before I know it ⚡️⚡️I get hit again. I’m trying not to scream and wake the baby up, I start hitting at the wrist band to break it loose with my half of an arm, and it starts beeping again ⚡️⚡️⚡️ boom I’m zapped again. At this point I’m flailing like an inflatable in front of a used car lot, after the second zap my hand locked up 🤌, the 3rd time It feels like a nightmare. I finally get the band loose, get it down to my knuckles and ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️ hit again at which point I get it off. Keep in mind this has all happened in less than a minute. My wife then walk in wanting to know what’s wrong with me and I had to tell her this story. Long story short, it works great as advertised, I wasn’t even groggy when I got out of bed, and starting tonight it’s going on my ankle.

The product is the worst idea I’ve ever come across. I expected it to help me, but instead, it caused numbness in the hand where I wore the watch and led to nerve damage. I will be filing a lawsuit soon, along with the attached medical report. I returned the product a month ago and still haven’t received a refund.
