How did they call it chewy?
I thought it's gummy but it's not. It's like a huge table that won't melt in your mouth unless you bite it into small pieces. Got wounds on top of my inside mouth after several tablets.

I have a very low MPOD score so I was taking the standard EyePromise pills, but I have difficulty swallowing pills. I checked with my optometrist and he said would that these would be acceptable. I can't attest to their potency or how well they work yet but they taste great! I can't say I've seen any improvement in my vision but I bought to get the vitamins and because they were chewable. No problems with that.

Can't remove the top of the bottle.
I am ending my subscription to the 30 tablet container of EyePromise. Though I removed the plastic from the cap, I can't open the container. I have had to cut open the plastic bottle with each container I've received. NOTE: After posting this message I received a satisfactory reply from the seller. I will happily order this product again if the problem is resolved.
