These are small and seem to be somewhat flimsy and cheaply made, BUT they are very, very sharp and luckily come with individual sheath blade covers. Perfect as travel knives - we keep one in each of our vehicles to cut Big Macs, Whoppers, and other fast food orders! :) Good value for what they are - I would buy these again.

These knives are very sharp; however, the metal is thin. Overall, they are lightweight. I think ordinary peeling or slicing will be fine, but I will be careful not to exert too much pressure ... if I remember. :-) Decent price if they hold an edge.

It isn’t always true, “ you get what you pay for”. These knives are much sharper than the more expensive brands I have used in the past. Also, you can sharpen them if they become dull.

Unexpected mightiness for little, low cost, knifes. I purchased these to toss one in my lunch bag for the occasional avocado; man, these things can cut. Definitely could easily take some hide off if you are not paying attention. I have bought knifes for double the cost that haven't been as good as these. Great pairing knifes. Also, I love the (very necessary) safety covers.

Loved them nice and sharp

These handy "Baby Knives" , as my Deadpool Fan son calls them, are incredibly sharp and feel really durable. I use one/all of them every day and for tough tasks. After a month of use, they do not appear to have dulled at all. I don't put my knives in the dishwasher, so I can't speak to their durability. I feel like I can speak to the value, though. I really appreciate these little knives.
