Hi, what size is this?

There are six different sizes available.

What size is good for a 4/5 year old ?

It would depend on the circumference of the head. The smallest size (size 1) fits heads 20" - 20.75"

Is this halo good for figure skating to prevent concassions?

My son has hemophilia, a blood clotting disorder. He plays soccer at a very high level. He plays with this head guard and it gives us peace of mind. As you know nothing is concussion proof, but we recommend it highly.

What size does a 14yr old where?

There is a sizing chart that you should follow. Use a string to measure and determine size from the chart
