Update: I honestly forgot all about this product until I was cleaning out under the sink and found the second bottle I had. Which then quickly had me check the tanks to see them getting gross again so I made sure to get pictures this go around. This powder honestly had my tanks clean within like 15 minutes and all I did was dump it. If I wanted my tanks 100% clean I'd have to hand scrub along the water line but I'm not that extra. But I've attached the before and after pictures. Let me set the scene. One day, I wake up to use the restroom and notice the water is slightly brown and has something in it that looks like coffee grounds. My first thought is what the heck? Why would my husband dump coffee grounds down the toilet but he hasn't drank any in a long while, and I don't at all, so that stopped that theory. I flush whatever it is and think that's that. Wrong! This time the water is even darker so now I'm investigating. Our towns local page didn't post about any water issues so it's gotta be a me problem. Water in the sink runs clear so it's a toilet issue so that's when I looked in the tank and was greeted by black slush like mineral build-up. Yes, I also realize I should have just checked the tank first but adhd. Anyways, so since the toilet is next to the shower and we have a shower head with a hose, I decide to try and rinse it since it came off the sides of the tank when I touched it. Well, water alone didn't cut it so being the busy mom I am I let it fill back up with water and dump bleach in there. Didn't do a whole bunch even after sitting for hours so moving on to the next thing. This time I tried oxy and again letting it sit. After a few hours the bottom of the tank was clean but the sides still had residue on them and I didnt feel like scrubbing them. A quick Google search led me here and I figured why not. After all, my goal was to just dump something in and having it cleaned with chemicals vs me spending 10 minute cleaning it myself. Read the instructions and you use half a bottle and let it sit overnight. We'll, I really wish I would have gotten a before picture because this thing cleaned the whole thing and I didnt have to lift a finger. I didn't even have to wait all night, for me, it cleaned it within an hour. The only thing that's still dirty is the faint line of where the water ends. That will take 30 seconds to wipe down though since I can just take a cloth and run it along the edge, if I even want to do that. We have 2 toilets and I did the same thing with the other toilet as well and it is clean as well. That one didn't get any chemicals to try cleaning it since I wasn't going to waste product on 2 toilets if it wasn't working. But yeah, 100% recommend if you have hard water and aren't using a water softener because it's an iron and other minerals that built up. As a busy mom, I never even thought to clean my water tanks as well. Especially since I've never had to do it at my other houses. But glad I found this product and it did what I needed it to do.

Impressed as a first time user. I’ve scrubbed the tank prior to using this product and there was still a ring around the tank and it was so hard to scrub behind the parts. The result of this product is amazing. The toilet is only 2 years old and we are on a well. In under 12 hours, all color is eliminated without scrubbing. Messy if you spill. Durable as your water quality allows. Foaming an issue. Value for money great because got it on sale.

So I normally discount most of what is represented online by at 50% because it is so easy for things to be described more optimistically than factually. That is NOT the case with this product. I wish I took a picture of the before because the inside color of the toilet tank was dark mahogany. Not tan, not light brown. Put on gloves, dumped in half the bottle, stirred carefully with a 5 gal paint stick then waited about 8 hours. When checked the tank was back to a regular ceramic color. Flushed twice and then repeated treatment with the remainder of the bottle just to get whatever might remain. So all that to say this product did exactly what it said it would in the time stated without damaging any of the parts.

I tried this toilet bowl tank cleaner hoping for a deep clean, but I honestly didn't notice much of a difference in my tank afterward. What really disappointed me was how much product it took—I ended up having to use about half the bottle for just a single toilet! Because of that, the bottle doesn't last very long at all. Given the cost per use, there are definitely more cost-effective options out there. It’s okay, but I won't be repurchasing.

After scrubbing the toilet with little affec5 to the rust and water stains, I came across an ad for this product. Although skeptical, the price was reasonable so I ordered it. I used way less than recommended, and it still turned the rustiest looking toilet tank in the world completely white!. Then I put a small amount in the bowl, let it sit for a while, and the ring was gone. Definitely recommend.

I just moved into an apartment and noticed a strange smell coming from one of the toilets. Regardless I saw this on Amazon and made the purchase. It did not disappoint. Worked so easily. Now my bathroom smells fresh, the tank is clean and the smell is gone. I can’t believe this worked so well. Easy to use. Also the cost vs the outcome, well worth it.

Works as advertised. After moving into my new apartment, I noticed an orange hue to the water when flushing the toilet. I open the tank and saw the inside it the the tank coated in rust residue. But it was a new place and thought that it would lighten after a few weeks of use. Well the water color was clear, the tank was still the same, I tried hot water and scrubbing, tried bleach, but nothing changed. I read about using citric acid. I came across this product and tried it. Followed the instructions. Dropped half the bottle in went to work. 10 hours later came home and checked. The difference is night and day.

This stuff was expensive but the only item to remove the black limescale in the bottom of the bowl. Pity I can’t see it anywhere now. Tip I poured the whole container in the bowl and left overnight. Plus other tablets from another company in the cistern. It was like new. Need another one as it’s coming back - apartment living at its best.

This product is amazing! Unreal! I used half on my tank and knew it would probably have to be done several times. Yes, that bad! Anyway, the next morning I asked my husband if tank was any cleaner and he said its all clean!!! I thought he was being sarcastic. It really was!!!
