I've had the issue of braces wires shifting and poking out so many times that I needed a tool to cut it myself when no other tools were working. These wire cutters weresuper comfortable and easy to use and are built with good quality making it really fast to cut the wire. I had steel brace wire which made it resistant to nail clippers, diagonal cutters, even a dremel, but these snipped on the first go. The only concern is that it doesn't catch the wire that it cuts so be cautious about that loose piece flying, but it definitely does what it has to. Definitely worth the price.

I should have bought these six months ago when I first got my braces. Work nicely and as expected. I wish they were a little smaller, as they can be tricky to get into the back of your mouth by your jaw. Still worth the purchase!

The wire on my permanent retainer came loose over the weekend and these worked great to quickly snip the excess off!
