Gel was fine, came on time, works great, serving sporks interesting touch, I dont use plastic but didnt understand what they were going to be for: if they were going to be for marrying old gels to old gels to make new gels, I was interested, but they are for food service. (I think in the olden days we used to spoon leftover gels from 2 or 3 together to make one full one, but the tops dont allow that any more) and I understand why. Good product, good company, good service.

Worked well. Two hours is pretty spot on. Be sure to have a key or something to open the top as it is sealed well. Would buy these again for a chafer.
