Very impressive bit of cleaning technology!
One week into ownership and I am extremely pleased with my Ultenic vacuum. As noted by others, the app is still a little clunky and it doesn’t seem to have capacity to deal with lots of users at peak times (‘system overload’ notifications when setting up my account in the early evening, but fine early next morning). However; the vacuum is really impressive for a relatively small unit and it’s amazing to watch it map and navigate around the spaces & rooms - the kitchen floor is now cleaned every day and the rest of the ground floor has a going over on Friday. We have 2 dogs and a child so there’s lots of hair and crumbs to pick up and the onboard bin fills relatively quickly but the self-empty feature is fabulous, as is the automatic charging when the battery is low. The Ultenic was significantly cheaper than similar models from other brands and I did wonder whether this would be reflected in the quality, but every sign is that this is a really great piece of equipment. A small detail, but somehow it works better in white, rather than the black adopted by most of the competition. I rarely leave reviews for household products, but this has made a real difference to our home. Most of the bugs reported by earlier reviewers seem to have been fixed and IMHO this is a great piece of kit and excellent value (I paid about £375 on one of Amazon’s ‘limited time deals’) compared with other brands. It gets a strong recommendation from me.

Great product
After a few months of use, here is my feedback on the use of this robot vacuum cleaner.Overall it is very good. Aesthetically it is beautiful. It sucks quite well for a robot vacuum cleaner. And he sucks methodically after mapping the rooms. He recognizes the contours of the rooms, then he goes all the way up and comes well organized. It takes into account furniture that has moved (chairs or lounge tables for example) by updating its menu over time. It does not fall from steps to the top of stairs. It goes quite well on rugs (mine is about one cm thick). Contrary to the old generations of robots, which had random paths, this one recognizes where it is going and methodically organizes its suction circuit. Of course it sometimes gets caught in electrical wires. They need to be stored properly. But it's amazing when he goes around the legs of chairs and gets under the table. Of course, to get under the chairs, there must be at least a space between the legs that is slightly more than its diameter (+ than 35 cm).The application has minor translation flaws but you get used to it. You can order it in a fairly basic way via Google home (launch of the robot). However, I did not find a Google home command to send it to one room or another. There you will have to use the application. The drain tower is practical. The robot can be put back on its own perfectly to recharge and empty. Here are the little problems. Nothing too serious but these are points that are regrettable.1- Mopping the floor: that's good. It works. But on the other hand, you must not leave water in the water compartment because it leaks... and you end up with a stain on the parquet. So pay attention to this point. Really a shame.2- impossible to have multiple plans. I have two floors and I would have liked to have been able to put it on the 1st floor so that he could do his little cleaning by himself. Unfortunately if you do this, the robot realizes that it is no longer in the same place and deletes your initial plan (for me from the DRC). Say goodbye to the areas and rooms that were previously recorded. You have to start all over again. And that's unfortunate because some competing robots can really remember several cards. For this one, it's not possible. If you are in an apartment or on the ground floor, that will do it. If you have multiple floors, it will reset every time you change floors. It's pretty annoying. To summarize, it is a very good robot, but it is more suitable for apartments or single-storey houses with preferably tiled floors (because of leaks). For a house with several floors, you may have to choose another one

So far, so good!
Just had this robot vacuum about a week - but very pleased with it so far. We have mostly hard floors downstairs, and the vacuum showed no problems with these... so then we took it upstairs to see how it tackles carpets. Again, no problems that we can see. Does it get every single piece of dust from every single nook & cranny? No... but it DOES get most of them, even into the corners, leaving each area looking like it's been vacuumed just as you'd expect. We've learned a few little things already... firstly, run around the house and look for odd things hanging on the floor (iphone leads, any blankets hanging off the edge of a bed etc)... it'll try to eat them, then get stuck! Assuming you get into the habit of keeping things out of the way though, it's fine. We also learned that multiple-maps for upstairs/downstairs isn't obvious, but can be done... you'll need to let the vacuum map out an area as it does each new area, then when you go back to it, you enter the cleaning records on the app and "apply this map" from one that's been mapped before. A simple way of saving each new map with a name so you could apply it would be less clunky - but it does seem to work ok. Not tired the included remote, but the app works well enough. It does feel like a few versions on will probably be a little more 'slick' but it's functional enough. I haven't been able to pair it properly with Alexa yet, but in all honesty I'm not too bothered about that, since the app does all you need anyway. We currently have it set to auto-clean all downstairs every morning after breakfast time and that's working well. The mop function seems to work ok - not as thorough as a good hard manual mopping perhaps, but it's nice to let it do its thing now & then. We were also curious as to how it would handle approaching the top of our stairs - but sensors underneath saw them no problem and it just maps them as a boundary (no flailing robots hitting the deck below)! All in all, very promising, and a real time-saver. We won't be getting rid of the manual 'hoover' - but I'm not expecting to use that very often at all now.

let down by terrible software
I've waited 4 months to write this review, to allow me to give a balanced review. Bottom line - a waste of money. I wouldn't buy one again, that's for sure. The concept is a good one, allowing you to clean the floors whilst doing other things yourself, and the product itself is well made and perfectly up to light cleaning, but is not a patch on the good old fashioned vacuum cleaner. Even set at full suction, the results are disappointing. I set my machine at double clean, and more often than not have to repeat the process to achieve a satisfactory result. The floors being cleaned are hard porcelain tiles, with a few low pile rugs. The mopping, I've used it once and was fed up of it slopping water in some areas, and not in others so I gave up and bought a mop. THE WORST FUNCTION though, and the real reason for the poor review, is THE SOFTWARE. The internet setup is straightforward and on first use the machine does an automatic tour of the property, drawing an outline map as it goes, from here you are supposed to be able to define rooms and zones. So far, so good, even though the resulting floor plan looks like its been drawn by a 6 year old on an Etch-a-sketch toy. Problem 1 - even on a large iPad screen the software won't allow me to define rooms, but I can overcome this by drawing simple zones. It takes a lot of time and an awful lot of patience to do this, so clunky is the drawing tool. Problem 2 - our home is open-plan, but the machine can't find its way to zones which are out of line of sight. I physically have to lift the machine and take it to the zone I need cleaning. I know, first world problems, eh? PROBLEM 3 - THE REAL ISSUE I HAVE, the software is basically rubbish. I was notified of an update a couple of months after buying the item, and was so looking forward to downloading it, thinking the issues would be sorted. BIG MISTAKE. The download wiped all my stored information clean, including the internet connection, which took me AGES to reinstate, as the new data conflicted with the old. The software constantly stated my machine was already connected, yet the machine told me the opposite (yes, the machine talks). When I did a factory reset, all my zoning data was obviously wiped, and my patience was tested once again whilst I repainted all the zones. I'm stuck with a £500 machine so I will persevere, but I don't half take some stick from the rest of family and friends about it. Buy at your peril, you have been warned.

A good product with very good after-sales support
The robot itself is pretty good in terms of suction power. I tend to run it twice especially on carpets which I vacuum once every couple of weeks. I like the mop function the most, which I use a couple of times a week to clean my living room tiles. Doing it manually would be quite time and effort intensive. I tend to also run it twice often, back to back to get better results. The app wasn't so great to start with, but they have improvised it and is pretty decent now in terms of usability. The most used feature for me is the zone-selection and the Favourite Maps section which I use to alternate between upstairs and downstairs floor-maps. The robot sometimes can't figure out where it is and tries to map the house all over again, but "Recharge" followed by choosing the map again (in Favourite Maps), and then "Start" usually gets it back to normal. It's rare though that it gets into that state. I've had issues a couple of times with the hardware, once when it got very noisy, because the roller-brush's sides were worn out. They were quick to replace it - took a week to arrive from China but it solved the problem. Another time it had stopped working and they gave me instructions on how to disassemble and remove the battery and put it back. That did the trick and it got back to working as normal. Disassembly was not the most pleasant experience but I have had to do it only once in one year, so not too bad at all. Just to add, I didn't have to use the remote control over the app at any time. The customer support is very prompt in their responses, so no complains there. Overall, a very good product and obviously one of the most used in the house. Definitely worth buying.

A remarkably good mop and a decent vacuum.
A very decent vacuum cleaner. It is easy to setup, not even needing instructions to do so. Essentially get everything out the box, plug the power cable into the dock and set the dock against a wall. Design notes: I don't see the point of the membrane buttons on the top, they make it feel cheap and the backlight doesn't add value or convey intuitive information. I would have preferred two click buttons and no light or a simple light with green and red (green meaning all is good and red meaning there is a problem) The water tank is a bit small requiring a refill after only one mopping session of the house, seeing as the lidar does not need to see the entre back of the vacuum, an extended tank that protruded up would have been acceptable in my opinion. Alternatively a simple refill function from the dock to top up the tank would also have been a positive, I don't need the dock to clean the mop too, just refilling would have been ok. The front of the mop folds under the vacuum causing the vacuum to get stuck on small ledges. The speaker is driven to hard and makes the audio quality poor. Pros: The apps is feature rich with lots of choices. The design is simple enough to figure out without a manual. The mopping function works pretty well and is fairly thorough.

Great robot hoover with good features
One of the better robot hoovers I’ve owned, battery life is fantastic and more than enough to do the whole house, the self emptying bin is a great add on and the mopping feature works a treat in the kitchen. I only have 2 issues which could be rectified easily so hence the 4 star instead of lower, 1st is regarding the app randomly dropping the pre programmed mapping for no apparent reason, luckily you can restore a previous map easily from a previous clean so not the end of the world but still annoying. Second issue is related to the consumables, I find it very hard to find the offices consumables for this directly from the manufacturer, when searching for the T10 the consumables that come up (and I’ve ordered to check) don’t fit this particular model and too small, I can get 3rd party but I’d rather order original while in warranty then there isn’t an argument should something go wrong. Both easily fixed in my opinion but as of writing this still an issue currently.

Best purchase of the year.
I’ve had my Ultenic T10 self cleaning robot for just about over a month. It’s a great help to me. I do not have time to sweep or vacuum, so I decided to purchase this product based on how minimal it looks and after looking at reviews on YouTube and Amazon. So I decided to go for it! And trust me when I say this, I love it! As someone who hates dust and other particles on my floors, this little helper will suck them into oblivion. My floors always feel clean beneath feet, I walk around bare footed, and I can feel how clean my floors are kept, especially after a good mop from my robot. I set my little machine to clean in the morning and in the evening. [ Tip from me : Make sure to always provide maintenance for your machine. Perhaps it will last longer in the long run. ] I’m usually very OCD with all my technology, so I want this bot of mine to last long! There is warranty and you do have customer service through the Ultenic application. My Ultenic T10 happened to already begin scanning my apartment the moment I set it up, and it already had majority of the rooms scanned without even discovering by being within such spaces physically. Scary how technology can work! It’s amazing! What’s also cool through the Ultenic app, is you can set up zones, or click a ‘spot’ so it can clean a specific area. There’s also a ‘no-go Zone’ you can set up so your machine does not enter certain areas. It also has a physical remote that comes with the machine, along with a remote installed within the application. The application is easy to use, and it was easy to set up my machine. It was cool to add it to my Amazon echo, and I set mine up through Routines on the Amazon app. The customer service has always been amazing through the app. If you have any problems, or issues or questions contact the support and they will be more than happy to help guide you, as they’ve helped me. The machine itself does the the job when vacuuming. As for the mopping, it also does a great job keeping my floors shiny. Do not put any products into the tank.(Many vacuum robots do not recommend this.) However, you can spray mopping solution on your floors, and your machine can mop over it, maybe to give your home a nice scent, if you wish! Not necessary. Just a tip from me! Because my floors are all wooden, I cannot review so much for carpets, but I did let my robot into an area with a carpet and it picked up a lot of dust, and other particles. A looot! Cleanliness : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Vacuuming : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mopping : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Application : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ( My only suggestion is to update the screenshots for Amazon echo set up, for iPhone users when it comes to setting up voice commands. As the Amazon Alexa application has updated.) [ I’ve seen one of the reviews saying their bot lost their map. I’ve not had this problem. But you can find your previous maps when you click into the ‘cleaning records’ within the Ultenic App’. And you can select a previous cleaning record (area) as your map, or even add it to favourites. My bot hasn’t lost my map, nor did it need to remap or scan everything again. Figured it out myself. 🤧✌️ You’re welcome! ] For now, I’m happy with my purchase! 😸 - Rasha

Wonderful vacuum to replace your meandering Roomba
The mapping feature and room selection are amazing on this little unit. We've had it for over a year now and I normally do not write reviews but this is an exception. We had a Roomba for years but it always seemed so haphazard in it's pathways and left erratic patterns on the carpet. Once this unit knows your room it actually goes around the perimeter then works back and forth across the room in nice even paths. It has amazing suction on both the tile and carpet and the self empty feature is wonderful. I love the battery life but will admit that about a year after having the unit the battery life started to drop off drastically. I contacted their customer service and was pleased that they to were concerned with this and promptly went to work to supply me with a replacement battery. It took a few weeks to get it but they remained in contact with me the entire time, and even followed up afterwards to make sure that the unit worked well afterwards.. Don't know if I am supposed to mention names but here goes: Connie in customer care is amazing! We also use the mopping feature about once a month on our tile areas and are pleased with the job it does as well.

Superb cleaning robot and mop with cutting-edge technology.
This is a review of the Ultenic T10 Robot Vacuum and Mop with LIDAR navigation. We got this model because we were very impressed with the previous model, the Ultenic D5S Pro. The Ultenic T10 is an impressive and well-designed piece of technology. It improves upon previous models that were already great. The T10 maps your house in a radar-like manner and quickly creates maps of your home which you can see on the Ultenic phone app. By the way, the robot can save up to 10 different maps which can be accessed under the Cleaning Records. The app itself is straightforward and connects easily to the robot. The maps on the app are very convenient since you can set no-go zones. It would be advisable to familiarize yourself with the layout including important nooks and crannies so you can set no-go zones accurately. These virtual boundaries are especially useful since you can set carpets and rugs as no-mopping zones. Previous models would just go over the carpet too when mopping unless you set boundary strips. The T10 and the app are more convenient and effective when it comes to this aspect. To be honest, I was unsure about this function before I tried it, but it worked to my satisfaction. The mop function is perfect for routine cleaning of hardwood floors, kitchen tiles, etc. Another great thing is that the T10 has a powerful battery with a significantly longer runtime than previous models, so you can vacuum or mop your whole house. Plus, the robot gives voice prompts as well. In addition, the T10 self-empties the debris into the large auto empty station which is particularly useful if you prefer not to empty the robot manually after every use. And on the app, you can set the frequency that the robot should self-empty (or even never if you prefer to just empty it yourself). Lastly, Ultenic has great customer support and they reply to your inquiries in a short time, which I really appreciate. All in all, the Ultenic T10 is a fantastic robot vacuum and mop with cutting-edge technology for this line of products. It’s also more affordable compared with other similar devices from different brands.

I received mine with a small issue in one of the motor ( one side was little slower that the other but still working ) Once i emailed the costumer support with the issue They replied quickly and send me a pair of new motors for free .. Since then the robot is great in service.
