Myself & everyone else thought that the end product turned out great! The package did not include instructions for airing up the foil balloons, but after going to the product page, I was able to inflate without any problem. A straw that was about 4 inches long was included, but I opted to use larger one from the kitchen drawer to inflate. Several reviews say that a straw was not included, however, I can see how it might have been included and easily fell out of the packaging as they unfolded the balloons without them noticing since it was just folded in with the balloons.
