Our second dog is a puppy and completely destroyed the collar edges in a day. The D rings are huge too and there are 2 of them making the collar very heavy. Our dog (small boxer mix) has a bigger neck than head so the fact that the size adjustment ring easily slides on the collar has caused her to pull it off many times.
