Best money I ever spent!
This massage pillow has replaced my monthly trips to the massage therapist.... no kidding! I have a desk job and my back hurts me constantly. It gets out every kink that I have in my back and I can use it while sitting in my recliner watching TV. It is the best money I have spent in a long time. I use it about 3 times a week for 40-60 minutes each time. I move it up and down my back every 15 - 20 minutes so that it gets to all areas. Works like a charm!

Good quality
I gave this to my 75 year old dad for his birthday and he loved it! Easy to haul around and love that it has heat setting. Quality is good as well. I would definitely recommend this product.

Broken piece of garbage
Right out of the box one side didn't light up and a few weeks later that side completely stops working.

Had to put a pillow between it and my back because the massage balls in the pillow were hurting my back
