Crave iPhone SE [2016](1st gen) Case, Dual Guard Protection Series Case for iPhone 5 / 5s / SE - Mint

So funny - there were no instructions to fit the case to the phone so I looked online. It was just -"drop the phone into the sleeve, duh". You should separate the two layers first so the layer next to the phone will be more pliable and easier to snap in place over the phone. Then reunite the case layers. Super easy.There is no protective piece for the screen. For this I used a glass cover made especially for this model from Mr. Shield (bought on Amazon). You do need to review an instruction video on youtube to do this well. It is about a minute long. (Tip - use a reading glasses cloth rather than the one provided to clean the phone screen first.) Put the screen cover on when the phone case is off.I like the lightweight, slim fit especially compared to the heavy thick waterproof case that this case replaced. It doesn't seem like it will come off without tugging at it. I've already dropped it a couple of times and it seemed nice and "bouncy". The buttons work well. The only disappointing thing is that I thought it would have more of a grippy jelly feel - I think that would have just felt cool. The outside material is hard with the texture giving it a good enough grip. I got the red which is a true red maybe a bit grayed down. The picture they provide makes the red look a bit more vibrant. I'm an iPhone dropper: I unintentionally drop my phone about once a day (parking lots, bathrooms, office, etc.). This low priced case is thin, yet protects just as well as a more expensive brand that rhymes with "Potter Socks." I've dropped it in a gravel parking lot, face down, and my screen is just fine. Best value for the price.

I can't speak to the durability at this point, since I just received the case, but love everything about it so far. I like a slim case, so there's less bulk when the phone is in a pocket, and this is exactly that. It still seems sufficient at protecting the phone, despite the thinner lines. I had the Incipio case previously, which did a fine job of protecting, and this Crave is a touch more rugged than that one.I ended up going with the Crave solely for the color. I didn't want plain black - too hard to see inside my black tote bag, but I'm not a fan of the pastels, either. One thing about appearance that I didn't notice in the web photo, but absolutely love, is that the front edges of the case are black, which blend into the screen's edges. Looks sharp. I also really like the slight texture in the back. Super happy.

The Case is Awesome. After 2 weeks of having the case, I have dropped my phone like a thousand times and everything is perfect. Shipping was on time. My only disappointment is that amazon decided to inspect the package it came, and practically destroyed the case's packaging. I was very displeased with the way they treated the package. I feel like someone else opened my present on Christmas... But Otherwise the case looks amazing fits well and feels good in my hand. doesn't make the phone to bulky but still feels like it has the armor of a tank. Also very pleased with price, definitely get a little more than you pay for.

The last phone case I had (Caseology's Wavelength iPhone SE case, which I couldn't find on Amazon anymore) sadly just began coming apart after 6 months or so. It had very easy-to-press buttons, which is something I can no longer go without. After reading the reviews for this case, I was hoping it would give me a similar experience.This case is exactly what I was hoping for, the space around the headphone jack and charging port are wide enough for a variety of chords, the case material feels nice and has enough grip to avoid sliding on smooth surfaces, the ring/silent switch is easily accessible, there's enough of a lip on the front edges so that the screen won't be scratched when placed face-down, and the buttons are satisfying and very easy to press. Also, I've only had the case for a week or so, but there aren't any deep lines or places on the case where dust or crumbs would be hard to clean out of, and the material doesn't show fingerprints or smudges so it should be easy to keep looking spiffy.The only part of the design that bothers me is the sliver of silver below the camera on the back that isn't covered up. Everything is so sleek and functional except for that one detail.

I love this case! I am normally very picky about my phone cases because I have never crackedmy devices. andI am very careful about how I handle them. I am very proud to say that this case has never failed.I have dropped it on concrete andmany hard surfaces in the past 7 months with no signs of damage to be shown. The grip is good, although I think it gets a little dirty on the back. On the volume buttons it is starting to get a tiny bit worn, but it is not very noticable, and I can understand after the amount of time I have had this case.The only complaint that I do have about this product is that the first time I tried to take this off my phone (about 3 months into owning it) it was impossible. Myself, along with another person tried prying it off which led to the breaking of nails and hurting our fingers. Eventually we did get it off, (keep in mind the other person is a muscular 6ft man) but it was a struggle and we thought it was going to break. Ever since then it has been easier to take on and off.

I pretty much like everything about it.1. It has a perfect compromise between grip and smoothness. It slips in and out of your pocket, but feels secure in your hand.2. I like the buttons. They protrude out about the right amount and the chrome finish looks nice. The buttons also have a very positive feel/sound when you click them. The only exception is the power button which doesn't have that nice feel, this may be a defect in my case and this is my only gripe.3. It accepts aux cable (headphone) plugs with fairly wide heads.Some cases have an opening that is too small.4. It's just a very simple, good looking case.I've no idea how well it protects the phone. Time, and a few drops, will tell.

Strong and durable, looks good too

Great case especially for its price. Looks good and protects phone. Lock button was stuck at first but I swapped it with one of the volume buttons and it now works perfectly.

This may be the best iPhone SE/5/5s case I have come across for this price on Amazon.This case is certainly not an OtterBox that is shock proof, water proof etc, but it gets the job done.This case will certainly protect your expensive iPhone from getting scratched around the back and sides, and give your phone a fighting chance when falling face down.PROS:- Looks Amazing- Has two parts (A rubber part, and an outer hard shell)- Enough space for charger- Great buttons- Light weight and slimCONS:- Not much protection for the screen if it were to fall face down- Headphone cutout is a little too small, (But standard Apple EarPods fit)I would suggest that you still get a tempered glass screen protector if you were to buy this case, just to make sure you don't have to replace that already expensive screen.
