VOUNOT 2.7m Garden Parasol, Outdoor Table Tilting Patio Parasol Umbrella, with Crank Handle, Protective Cover

Great umbrella, 2.7 m, tilts, solid and not over heavy for a physically challenged older lady. My base isn't as good as I need. But the parasol is great. Lovely colour, strong material, and constructed well. Comes with a storage bag in same material and colour, with a handle. Great seller and service, would highly recommend. Nice and cool in the shade underneath, perfect. Easy to use and set up.

Bought this for a friend(as I was tired of getting cooked by the sun in his sun trap of a garden), at 2.4m/240cm in height when he recieved & unboxed it he said it was a bit high for his tastes, so he cut off several inches of the base pole with a hacksaw & placed the end cap back on, the hand crank system to open & close the umbrella works fine, the tilt system is just press & release, move either direction & click locks into place, a Seagull dropped its mess on it whilst we was sat under it, wiped off with kitchen roll & a damp rag within a minute, thankfully no stains, so it passes bird mess/stain test providing you're quick about the clean up, its also top heavy so be aware when or if you remove it from the pole mid point to take it in at night etc. Overall very sturdy & the quality is alright, no fabric damage, no ripped stitches, blocks the sun fine, stable in the breeze. Side note: As my friends original umbrella base was damaged & was too small for this one he opted to buy a new base himself which I've linked below, it's very solid all round, this specific base holds this umbrella perfectly no movement & can be adjusted in height for uneven surfaces like sloped hardstands etc, even though it says it's recommended for heights upto a maximum of 2.3m/230cm he thinks it would be alright even for the original height of 2.4m/240cm before he cut the pole on his, it more than handles the weight of the umbrella easily, it doesn't budge as it's a squared 12kg concrete base, if interested in a viable base then here's the amazon link, just copy & paste it into the address bar or a new browser window & hit enter:- https://www.amazon.co.uk/Outsunny-Adjustable-Concrete-Umbrella-Rectangular/dp/B0CTXYWQYV or search in amazon for "Outsunny 12kg Garden Parasol Base with Adjustable Foot Pad" Both products are decent, work together no problems!

I bought this garden parasol when my old one collapsed, and it’s really good. It comes in a range of colours so I chose a beige to match the cushions, it’s a close match, and the fabric is really thick and durable. The size is also very nice being almost 3m, and the pole is really thick giving it plenty of support and stability when it is assembled, which is easy to do. There is a crank winding handle on the side to wind it up and down. Very pleased with my purchase.

Made from what appears to be a thick durable canvas like material in a stone/cream shade - this exceeded expectations in terms of quality and coverage. It comes with a cover too, not waterproof but still handy. A great buy

Really happy with this purchase, storage bag was included which makes for a tidier garage! In my head I didn't realise it was this big - it is not fae off the size of the gazebo. Seems to be well made, crank and tilt work well. Haven't usedit a great deal as it has been ridiculously windy but i can't imagine there will be any problems apart from my ridiculously small weight which I'll be replacing with something meatier!

Good quality for price. Reassuringly solid feel. If using free standing ie not through a centre hole in table, then the 11kg base we got is barely sufficient to keep it stable . Suggest using a 20kg base.

This parasol does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's easy to set up, provides excellent shade, and the tilt function makes it simple to adjust throughout the day. The build quality is good, and it offers great value for the price. Very satisfied with this purchase.

En cet été très chaud, l'ombre du parasol est bienvenue sur une terrasse exposée au soleil et empêche la chaleur de 'trop' entrer dans la maison dès qu'on ouvre la porte. Il n'est pas trop lourd et, conformément à la description, il s'adapte au pied que j'ai. Il est inclinable et facile à ouvrir grâce à la manivelle. Aucun souci pour l'installer. La couleur claire n'assombrit pas. Tout ce que je souhaitais : je recommande !

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, questo ombrellone è molto meglio di altri acquistati in magazzini blasonati e pagati 20€ in più. Pur essendo di "plastica" ha una struttura pesante e apparentemente resistente, il telo è robusto e la manovella per aprire e chiudere dà una bella sensazione di solidità. Arriva anche con una comodissima borsa per ritirarlo quando non lo si usa. Ho letto alcune recensioni che lamentano la resistenza della corda: è un problema comune a tutti gli ombrelloni di questo genere, in particolare a quelli economici, ed è facilmente risolvibile con un nodo. Personalmente il mio ombrellone è perfetto, la corda scorre bene (probabilmente su carrucola) e non sento attrito come su altri modelli più costosi, cosa che mi infonde più fiducia riguardo la durata nel tempo.
