Great for speed training
I bought this to help with sprint training and it actually works really well. You can feel the resistance immediately when you start running, which makes workouts more effective. It’s lightweight, easy to set up, and folds up nicely to store in the bag. The belt is adjustable and stays secure while running. Definitely a great tool if you're trying to build speed and endurance.

Broches
La lona del paracaídas es resistente pero los broches de plástico no tanto, se me dañaron a los 3 días de uso pero por suerte conseguí algo parecidos

Works, if you use it
Bought this for my teen son who NEEDED this to TRAIN for his upcoming 5K......still in the box. But as a runner, if you want to do speed work I do recommend this item because if you actually take it out of the box and run with it, you will increase your speed and stamina.

Great
Made kinda cheap but works really well. Couple different attaching options would have been nice
