What are the assembled dimesions of the both the tardis and dalek models?

The Tardis is 1.125" X 1.125" X 3.25" when completed. I don't have the Dalek... Yet!

How sturdy is it after assembling? I am looking for something that I can take traveling.

If you are asking if you can pack it in your luggage, I would say please don't. However, If you put it in a box with tissue paper it looks like it could handle that. Any pressure to the outside will bend it so as long as it is in a safe and sturdy box with appropriate lining (tissue) you should be fine. Good luck!

Do I need any specific tools to assemble this?

I imagine that this can be completed without tools, I would recommend at least some simple tools. Detaching the parts from the sheet can be a pain without something like a pair of nail clippers or the specialized clipper sold on Amazon. I use a kelly clamp / hemostat to hold and bend small pieces. They actually have a three piece tool set that Fascinations / Metal Earth sells separately. I would consider buying it. Some of these pieces are REALLY small.
