Can it be used to wash bike ?

mine is stable enough to use as a holder while washing a bike, I have used it to wash my mountain bike a few times.

Will this hold a electric bike 65 pounds ??

I believe it would. Specs indicate 80, mine at 50 is easy for it.

is this safe for carbon frames and seat posts?

You can rest it on the clamp arm on a rubberized pad. You can also clamp an old set of bars, pad them, & use them as a frame craddle. I do no clamp my carbon.
