So I didn't expect this and I wasn't looking for it...but this has really helped my hair growth. I'm in my 50s and was getting a bit thin on top but since taking these my hair has thickened noticeably (and I've made no other adjustments to my lifestyle or diet). Might be coincidence but it is a noticeable difference. I do feel improved generally for taking them. More vigorous 😁 I can't comment on weight loss specifically but I definitely feel improvements. I've tried a lot of supplements and often notice no benefit but this one has been noticeable 👌🏽 no side effects that I've noticed apart from good ones. So I recommend, particularly if you're around my age (and thinning).

Great product!! Does exactly what it says. Gave it a few days and definitely noticed a difference. Took 1 every morning and 1 after dinner. Energy increased, harder erections and it's vegetarian. Will definitely buy again.

Ho aspettato un po' prima di fare la recensione così da vedere effettivamente gli effetti e devi dire che sono fantastici. Partiamo dalla cosa più importante ovvero non mi sento stanco nemmeno alle 23 di sera dopo una giornata di lavoro, corsa, pesi ecc. Sono stato in ferie e ho fatto tantissima attività fisica e mi sono sempre sentito benissimo, mai a corto di forze per proseguire, anzi!! Un'altra cosa che ho notato è una maggiore erezione ed è decisamente aumentato la sensibilità quindi più piacere.
