A: The wrap must be wrapped strategically to prevent rolling. Works great for me.

**Q: anyone use this on there thighs to workout or wear all day?**
A: No you wouldn't be able to wear on thighs.  Wearing on one thigh and working out wouldn't be efficient or effective.  If you don't mind it being noticeable you been wear it all day around your waist and stomach.

**Q: Do you have longer wraps? I purchased this wrap but i need a longer one.**
