This works without a doubt! I was so impressed with the results. I used it first on a flank steak for a stir fry. When your guest takes a bit and raises their eyebrows in stunned silence, you hit pay dirt. Using the meat piercing device that comes with the unit, the meat melts in your mouth. The unit is easy to set up and clean up is easy. Clean by hand, no dishwasher! This purchase was worth every penny

bought this early this year and just started using it about few weeks ago. And it's not working. Suction was great but it wasn't rotating! Not worth the money. I sent a message to seller about this issue and they didn't respond at all. What a Waste of MONEY and TIME! Very Disappointed.

18 months old. I have used this unit 20 times now. Works exactly as it should. The negative reviews are from people not cleaning it properly. Yes if it was half the size bigger that would be better but it is what I bought
