Is this transparent? If i apply on white paint will the colour of white paint look less white or off white?

No this is not transparent this is white but when I apply it on colour it shows same colour. On black it’s looking black on white it’s looking white it means it’s transparent when we apply it. But dark room it’s glow and looks green.

Do we have to mix it with white colour only or can we mix it with any colou

White is best, other colors diminished our glow.....

You have mentioned this powder to mix with resin, is that separately to be mixed.. And can i use it for my weapon for better glow on aiming point

Just mix with clear resin genteelly...Don't grind the mixer.

The paint was liquid water in the top half of the bottle and thick gum in the bottom half of the bottle, therefore I could not use it to paint.
