I have been looking for years and I found it
To make my dog healthy treats, I slice sweet potatoes and dehydrate them. In the past I’ve used mandolines, and I probably bought one a month because sweet potatoes are so hard to slice because they are so dense. I almost returned this because of poor assembly instructions. Instead, I got in touch with the manufacturer/seller and they took the time to make a new video and contacted me to see if I was satisfied. I used it today for the first time and it was absolutely wonderful. Great product and great customer service for which I am very grateful – – and so is my dog.

Update: Stopped working after a month but seller was very helpful and fixed the issue
Stopped working after a month. Completely dead. Can’t even return it because the return window closed exactly a month later.Update- the seller was able to help fix the issue. Slicer needed a new power cable and it’s working now. Thank you

Works Good On Oranges and Apples
I purchased this to slice oranges and apples for drying in a dehydrator. To be honest it seemed like overkill for my needs but everything else out there was like a toy. I am so glad I bought this slicer.It sets up easy and is easy to use (it is not orange season yet so I tried some bought apples).This slicer gives me nice even slices which is important for even drying in the dehydrator. When it comes to cleaning it it was no big deal.This was not overkill, it is exactly what I needed I just did not know it until I used it.A nice product. 5 Stars

Stopped working
The media could not be loaded. The slicer worked good when working, but the motor seems to have burned out. Bought it over a year ago, but didn't use it very often so pretty disappointed. Seems like the motor just gives up.
