The plastic bowl broke within a month and I have been trying to get through to customer service for 3 weeks. I feel like I’m getting the runaround. All I wanted was for them to replace the bowl but had to buy a replacement juicer instead. I will continue to try as it was not inexpensive but clearly it is kind of cheap. Not what they used to be sadly.

We bought this to replace our old one of 10 years! The plastic bowl broke within a month and I have been trying to get through to customer service for 3 weeks. I feel like I’m getting the runaround.
