Exceptionally comfortable, stays on great for a side-sleeper. Actually feels good!
This mask deserves high marks and I want to let other side-sleepers know about my positive experience with it. After trying several other designs, I started using it 5 months ago and can say it's far better than any of the several others I've bought. II found it comfortable from the very first night. It's designed with a generous width that wraps around the head, so even if it slips slightly from movement when I sleep, it still covers my eyes and blocks the strong very early morning light here in northern Vermont in Spring and Summer. It works a lot better for me than masks with an elastic band that would shift while I slept, leaving me no eye coverage and sometimes getting twisted and uncomfortable enough to wake me. It's easy to adjust to a comfortable size the first time, then slip it on every night (I have a pretty large head). I don't have to make it tight to stay on, so I feel no significant pressure on my eyes or face. In fact, it just feels nice, like laying a puffy satiny sheet across your eyes. i don't think any mask out there can block light 100% for me considering how much I move my head at night, but this one consistently performs so that I'm waking up because I've had a good night's sleep, and not because it's a bright morning.

I must have ordered 6 or 7 different sleep masks to find the best one. This is definitely the winner
THIS is the sleep mask. After reading a couple of books on the importance of sleep quality and the importance of DARKNESS while you sleep, I must have ordered 6 or 7 different sleep masks to find the best one. This is definitely the winner. Why?: Performance, comfort, and quality. I even bought one for my wife and my mom, and a friend. It is especially good for travel as it provides a little bit of sound proofing around the ears. It doesn't let any light in and is completely dark. It works for any face-type (is that a word?) or head shape.it's super cozy and comfortable. I'm not sure why some people have complained about the velcro, yes you may get some hair caught in it the first few times you use it if you are not used to it, but its what makes the fit comfortable for all users. I seriously can not stand the feeling of ANY kind of strap around my face and ears and this seems to be my biggest complaint when it comes to other sleep masks. For all the effort some companies put forth to make their sleep masks ergonomic and fancy, it amazes me that there is still some crappy elastic band that irritates my ears and doesn't hold it in place. Bonus: I actually lost mine and they did replace it for free (I did pay an inflated price for shipping lol, but still amazing)! I was about to order another one on Amazon because I was seriously missing it, that's when I noticed that the replacement policy. You have to do it through their website though.

Great sleep mask!
This is a great, silky sleep mask. It blocks out all light and helps me sleep deeper. I love that this mask wraps around my ears, too. I don’t like to wear earplugs or anything at night and this perfectly blocks out light noise that would normal rouse me. Since it is silk, I don’t mind having it rest on my face either. It stays put nicely. For full transparency: I was prompted to write this review for a promo, but I’m so happy with this purchase that really no prompt was needed. I was going to purchase another one before I saw their warranty program. The program is great as you just pay shipping! The warranty is available through their website. I haven’t yet received my warranty or promo product, but will update when I do!

Good for rotisserie chicken sleepers
Best for sleepers who turn like a rotisserie chicken. Does not slip off and it doesn't feel heavy on your face. Keep in mind that the velcro strips are prone to break off so you will find bits of them after a few months of use.

Move on to something better
Doesn’t stay on. I have a size 7 1/2 head and the Velcro tore my pillow cover because it had so much left over. Didn’t stay in my head. I had a lot of pressure in my eyes trying to keep it on. There are way better options out there.

Works as Well as Advertised and Better than I Hoped!
We have a lot of ambient light in our room at night from the glow of the street lamps through our lightly colored blinds to lights on our thermostat and security alarm keypad. Sometimes my wife likes to watch television or read when I'm ready to sleep. I thought I would try the Dream Sleeper mask to see if it didn't help get me to sleep faster and keep me out for the night. After one week of use I can report this: the first two nights took a little getting used to - the mask itself was comfortable, but I simply wasn't used to having something wrapped around my head as I tried to sleep. By night 3, certainly by night 4, this was no longer an issue. Again, it's only been one week, but I do feel like blocking out the light in the room has helped me to fall asleep more quickly and I have no question that I'm sleeping more restfully through my alarm. The mask is very comfortable and I don't even notice it anymore. I can be a restless sleeper, tossing and turning several times a night from one side to another and the mask has yet to slip, slide or move significantly. I've given up after 1-2 nights with any other sleep mask I've ever tried for this very reason. The only minor design improvement could be providing some type of silk covering for the exposed Velcro after you close the mask around your head for the night. It's not a big deal, but the sound of it scraping the pillow can be mildly irritating. The Velcro does not get caught on anything, though, which was my initial concern. I'm very happy with the Dream Sleeper and highly recommend it. It is the rare product that works as advertised and has been better for my sleep than I had hoped!

OVERPRICED. The good and bad.
The bad: I have 2 of these. They almost doubled their price over about 18 months. So, I won’t buy it again. If you’re a super hot sleeper (I’m not), this might bother you. The good: It’s the only silk/satin mask that doesn’t bother my eyelashes or irritate my eyes. For some reason, the others do. It’s extremely comfortable and pillowy. Totally blocks out all light. I often pull it down way further than normal. Stays put. Adjustable Velcro on the back.

Had it 7 years and can't sleep without it!
I can't live without this guy. I've worn it every day for 7 years! Machine washed it countless times. Literally can't sleep without it. It's blocked light and comforted me for thousands of hours while I've slept, napped, meditated, and flown. It doesn't leave a line on my hair like masks with straps have. It fits well--I'm an average sized woman. My husband wears large sized hats and needs a bigger mask than this. I've replaced the velcro twice by removing the old and sewing on new. It's very simple, even if you aren't a sewer. I doubt there's any velcro that will last through years of daily use. Instead of doing that, if your velcro wears out, you could take advantage of their replacement policy.

Helped Me Get Some Real Zs
Have tried a lot of masks, with years of sleeping troubles and trying to catch up with daytime sleep. This is by far the best sleep mask I've ever tried before. It covers well over half the face, so that it truly creates the darkest atmosphere needed for sleep. Of course depending on individual facial features, there is a change that a smidgen of light might get through, but this is so low down the face that it is barely perceptible. Comfort is crucial and the Dream Sleeper mask has a soft satiny finish that feels wonderful against the most sensitive skin (as mine is). The velcro closure at the back doesn't bunch into my long hair as I fear it would as I attached and detached it, and it can be adjusted for perfect comfort. As an added feature, because the mask covers the ears as well, there is a slight reduction of noise too. Managed to get some good hours of sleep wearing it so far, and that's what counts most in the end!

Great purchase for Shift Workers......
At first I was unsure about spending this much on a sleep mask. I was not sure that the price would differentiate it from cheaper versions in the marketplace. However I was wrong. This is built with quality and comfort in mind. I can sleep in different positions without the mask shifting. It is extremely comfortable to wear. Many other masks that I have used have elastic straps that stretch overtime and leave marks on the side of my face. The mask does not leave marks on my face due to its wide design and it does not use elastic straps. This mask is quite wide and it blocks out all the light in my room. It is extremely soft and comfortable to wear. Over the years I have purchased many of these sleep masks.....this is the best one I've ever used.

A few tweaks needed
Superior light blocker, however it has no convex area so it pulls out lashes especially extensions. Also because it covers the full ear area my ears feel sore. The satin is super soft but catches easily & shows skin oil so it has a shorter life than my cheaper convex $7 dollar ones.

100% unsatisfied
I’d give 0 stars but that isn’t an option. This is made with a synthetic satin. You put it on your face and within 2 mins your skin can’t breathe so it starts to sweat. The stuffing is toxic and the Velcro will get stuck in your hair. I wore for 5 mins and was shocked at how my face got rediculously sweaty and my eyes swelled up. This happened again after I washed it twice.. 40$ for nonrestful sleep and swollen eyes. ...returns are not an option. Save your money and buy something else.

EFFECTIVE AND COMFORTABLE
The Dream Sleeper Mask is as described. It is very lightweight, soft, comfortable and muffles sound and 95% effective at blocking light with small entering of light at low nose area. If mask is pulled down lower over the nose then it is 100% effective at blocking light but can hinder breathing. The mask fits well but is just a little warm and tight pulling effect across the eyelids and temple areas when fastened firmer to keep in place. It does absorb moisture and skin sweat/stains easily and needed to be washed after 2 weeks but held up well except the Velcro caught and scratched on the silk material, so might be best to fasten Velcro first, then wash. The thick and big Velcro piece torn apart from silk material after 2 weeks, so handle with care when unfastening. So far mask is recommended and would buy again if need be. However because it is not perfect it could not earn a perfect 5 but still liked very much. UPDATE: Item purchased again over a year later as first one flattens and stains and new one is fresh and soft but still Velcro pad and attachment is very thick at back of head. Any way works for majority light block and minor sound muffle and no scratching.
