Use this system when your Low beams also act as your DRL (i.e. Late model Toyota Corolla, Mitsubishi Lancers, and various Canadian spec vehicles).IS IT REQUIRED?: If your HID system does not have built-in CANBus decoders, it may not be drawing the right amount of power and it may cause flickering.
