Weighted Bar, Weighted Workout Bar For Exercise, Therapy, Aerobics, Yoga And Strength Training

I use one of these weighted bars in a strength and conditioning class I take. Decided to purchase one for home use. It is perfect for doing exercises and balance support at home. It is sturdy and the 8 lb bar adds enough of a challenge for me (in class we use a 5 lb one). The price was right and you could purchase just one, rather than a set. So, on days when I do not take a class, I can use this weighted bar to exercise as well as stretch and balance.

Immer wieder gerne!

Absolutely brilliant. There are so many excersises you can do with this. If like me you are quite slight but still want a weighted work out without it being too heavy this is brilliant. I can definitely feel the burn, but i can actually lift it. Good for squats, hip thrusts dead lifts, and arm excersises. Squishy and comfy.
